Job Description

Position: Medical Affairs Lead - Toripalimab (Oncology)

Dr. Reddy’s is seeking an experienced Medical Affairs professional to provide global support for the development and implementation of medical strategies related to Toripalimab, an innovative treatment in oncology. The role will involve supporting 21 markets and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and management of Toripalimab across various indications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Strategy Development: Support the development of global medical strategies for Toripalimab across all indications and markets.
  • Scientific & Medical Support: Provide scientific, clinical, and medical support for Toripalimab, ensuring alignment with market needs and product lifecycle.
  • KOL Engagement: Conduct advisory boards and KOL meetings to gather insights on Toripalimab and other new therapies. Translate these insights into actionable strategies.
  • New Product Evaluation: Assist in evaluating new oncology assets, including new chemical entities (NCEs) and biologics, by providing medical insights into decision-making.
  • Data Generation and Post-Marketing Studies: Contribute to the creation of data generation plans, including post-marketing studies (PMS) and real-world evidence (RWE) studies, to support the product’s market position.
  • Medico-Marketing Support: Provide support for marketing and sales teams, including training, approval of promotional materials, and assisting with digital marketing initiatives related to Toripalimab.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications:

  • MBBS and MD in Pharmacology or Medicine.
  • At least 7 years of experience in medico-marketing functions, preferably in oncology/hematology, new product development, or evaluating oncology products, including NCEs and biologics.

Key Skills & Expertise:

  • Oncology Knowledge: In-depth understanding of cancer therapies, including the latest products and emerging treatment options.
  • Regulatory and Clinical Pathways: Strong knowledge of clinical trials and regulatory pathways in oncology.
  • KOL Engagement: Experience in conducting advisory boards and interacting with thought leaders.
  • Data Evaluation: Critical evaluation of oncology trials and clinical data to inform decision-making.
  • Multinational Experience: Experience working across multiple geographies is preferred.
  • Language & Communication: Strong written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
