Medical Advisor (FBM) Immunology Respiratory
Location: Espoo, Finland
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Field-based Role: Regular office visits and travel within the Nordic and North Europe region required.

About the Job:
Join our high-performing Specialty Care Immunology Medical Affairs team as a Medical Advisor (FBM). In this field-based role, you will implement the medical and scientific (non-promotional) strategy for the Immunology Respiratory therapeutic area in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Aligning with the North Europe medical strategy and the highest ethical standards, you will contribute to meaningful initiatives that deliver value to healthcare professionals and patients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals and institutions through scientific engagement.

  • Conduct proactive and reactive engagements in an omnichannel manner.

  • Strengthen relationships with local scientific societies and key decision-makers at health authorities.

  • Organize and implement Advisory Boards and other scientific meetings.

  • Monitor new scientific data, literature, competitive trends, and adjust medical and educational activities accordingly.

  • Support local market access efforts and new indication launch preparations.

  • Actively contribute to the cross-functional local brand plan and associated initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, and Public Affairs teams, providing continuous medical advice and training.

About You:

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Medicine or Life Sciences required; PhD, Pharmacist, or MD degree considered an advantage.

Experience:

  • Pharmaceutical industry experience or experience within the therapeutic area preferred.

  • Proven experience in communication with medical authorities, hospitals, physicians/specialists, KOLs, and healthcare sector professionals.

  • Skilled in interpretation and dissemination of scientific and clinical data.

  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • High initiative, problem-solving ability, and strong strategic mindset.

  • Target-oriented, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Language Skills:
