Your Job:
As a member of our Nordic Market Access team, you will be responsible for a variety of key activities, including:

  • Reimbursement Dossier Development: Plan and develop reimbursement dossiers for healthcare products, leveraging a thorough understanding of local processes in the Nordic countries.
  • Data Review: Review clinical and health-economic data, assessing and adapting health-economic models to meet local requirements.
  • Research Analysis: Analyze and interpret research data, conducting scientific literature research related to medicines and healthcare products.
  • Real World Evidence Studies: Plan, execute, and report on Real World Evidence studies to support market access.
  • Manuscript Drafting: Draft manuscripts for submission to scientific journals, ensuring high-quality content.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary client/project manager, overseeing project budgets and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Team Development: Contribute to the growth and development of the Nordic Market Access team in alignment with industry trends and business needs.
  • Business Growth: Cultivate existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Your Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Education: A relevant master's degree is essential, with a PhD being a strong advantage.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of professional experience in market access and pricing/reimbursement-related work, preferably within a life sciences company or regulatory body (e.g., FIMEA, HILA/KELA).
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical science, medical sciences, epidemiology, and health economics, with insights into market access requirements across Nordic countries.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to critically evaluate scientific data and approach tasks in a structured, analytical manner.
  • Personal Attributes: Service-minded, independent, flexible, and detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
  • Strategic Orientation: Business and strategically focused, with project management experience and strong presentation skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities, quick thinking, and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in at least one Nordic language and in English.
