Position: Managing Analyst (Pharma Pricing Data)

Job Description:

The Managing Analyst will be a key member of a dynamic team, focusing on pricing data and supporting clients with both live and offline queries, including customized reporting. This role requires a combination of strong leadership, analytical skills, and client management expertise.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of associates in a pharma domain process, ensuring timely delivery as per contract agreements.
  • Create customized Excel reports based on client requirements.
  • Work on consulting requests related to price changes, patent expiry, and generic substitution.
  • Analyze reimbursement models based on indications.
  • Oversee quality management within the team.
  • Leverage market research and data analysis to support pharmaceutical drug pricing decisions.
  • Manage team performance, including attrition management and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Support clients with communication and inquiries regarding reports and services.
  • Optimize resource allocation and ensure the efficient use of team capabilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory agencies (USA, Europe, Japan) will be an asset.
  • Preferably have experience in oncology and various other therapy areas.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and oral) in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and market research (data interpretation, secondary research, analysis).
  • Mandatory experience in the Healthcare & Pharmaceutical domain.
  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Market Access is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of SQL & Macros is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and time management skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotech, Life Sciences, or related fields.

Compensation and Benefits:

EVERSANA offers competitive salaries and benefits. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $83,000 to $112,000 (specific to U.S. locations). Compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location (adjusted for cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this salary range at any time.
