Position Overview

We are seeking a Managing Analyst to join our dynamic team, where you will manage and deliver pricing data for pharmaceutical clients. In this role, you will lead a team, support client inquiries, and develop customized reports. You will work with pricing, patent expiry, generic substitution, and reimbursement-related tasks, while ensuring high-quality data management and optimization of resources.


Key Responsibilities

  • Team & Project Management:

    • Lead and manage team associates responsible for pharmaceutical pricing processes.
    • Ensure timely delivery of reports and projects according to client contracts.
    • Monitor and manage attrition, and work towards continuous team performance improvements.
  • Client & Data Support:

    • Develop customized Excel reports for clients based on their specific pricing needs.
    • Provide support for inquiries related to price changes, patent expirations, and generic substitutions.
    • Analyze data related to indication-based reimbursement, ensuring that pricing and data are accurate across all therapeutic areas.
  • Market Research & Analysis:

    • Conduct market research on pharmaceutical pricing trends and regulatory updates in the U.S., Europe, and Japan.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand and address their pricing concerns, utilizing advanced analytical techniques.
  • Quality Management:

    • Maintain high data accuracy and integrity for all pricing reports.
    • Work with internal teams to ensure quality checks and that deliverables meet client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Experience:

    • 4-5 years of relevant work experience in pharmaceutical pricing, data analysis, or market research.
    • Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory; familiarity with SQL and Macros is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market access, pricing strategies, and regulatory frameworks in the U.S., Europe, and Japan.
    • Prior experience working in oncology or other therapeutic areas is preferred.
  • Skills:

    • Strong communication skills (both written and oral).
    • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and collaborate across departments.
    • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with the ability to process complex data sets.
    • Ability to quickly learn new software tools and data management systems.
  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in pharmacy, biotech, life sciences, or a related field.

Additional Information

Compensation: EVERSANA offers competitive salaries and benefits. The base salary range for this position is $83,000 - $112,000, determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Please note this range is only applicable to positions in the U.S.
