Job Description:

As a Managing Analyst, you will work in a dynamic team focused on pharmaceutical pricing data, responsible for supporting clients both live and offline with questions or customized reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage team associates for a Pharma domain process.
  • Ensure delivery according to agreed timelines and contracts.
  • Create customized Excel reports based on client requirements.
  • Address consulting requests related to price changes, patent expiries, and generic substitutions.
  • Handle indication-based reimbursement queries.
  • Manage quality control within the team.
  • Oversee market research, data analysis, and pharmaceutical drug pricing processes.
  • Lead people and performance management, including attrition management.
  • Continuously seek improvements in team dynamics and quality.
  • Communicate effectively with clients.
  • Optimize resource allocation for efficient outcomes.
  • Knowledge of regulatory agencies in the USA, Europe, and Japan is a plus.
  • Experience in oncology therapy areas is preferred.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical domain.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and oral).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and market research (secondary research, data interpretation, and analysis).
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Market Access is advantageous.
  • Basic SQL and Macros knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, quick learner, and effective time management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in pharmacy, biotech, or life sciences.
