Job Description:

  • Foster a culture of process improvement, focusing on streamlining operations to add value and meet client needs.
  • Manage departmental activities related to document management for both internal and client services, ensuring compliance with ICON SOPs and regulations.
  • Coordinate Document Management staff activities, generate status reports, and oversee training and mentoring.
  • Liaise with Corporate Training and Development for compliance training and assist with curriculum development.
  • Develop study-specific procedures and manage multiple clients and projects effectively.
  • Collaborate with study teams and Document Management staff to meet service commitments and quality targets, and provide guidance on study file archiving activities.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements for business processes and implement agreed changes.
  • Ensure appropriate maintenance of document files and storage areas, and track activities in line with client and department requirements.
  • Manage quality control activities and client status reporting as required.
  • Participate in internal and external audits and handle special projects as directed by the department head.
