Job Description:

 

•    Act as Client Point of Contact for day today communication related to PV activities 
•    Interface the Clients on a regular basis to meet their expectations 
•    Perform peer review as required 
•    Present the PV data to the responsible stakeholders in an appropriate forum and format as required 
•    Responsible for end-to-end co-ordination of the PV projects - with Project managers, and other applicable stakeholders 
•    Understand the scope of work; plan and assign work to the team members based on their availability and skill sets 
•    Convey client requirements and review the work done by the team members in terms of the information flow and presentation; provide feedback and conduct their performance appraisals 
•    Ensure that the entire team follows best practices with regard to processes, communication (internal 
•    and external), documentation and technical requirements like content search, summarizing, data conflicts and referencing 
•    Responsible to drive and maintain quality standards for various client deliverables across the team
•    Manage, direct and control a QC team, responsible for the evaluation and consistent handling of adverse events, ensuring compliance with reporting timelines and quality standards.  Manage and lead processing team, liaising and ensure that all tasks are performed according to business rules, guidelines and standard operating procedures. 
•    Monitor workload and allocate work appropriately.
