Job Description:

The Manager - Product (Mindvision) will play a critical role in managing and developing the product portfolio for Mindvision. This role will involve the creation of brand strategies, market analysis, and coordination with the sales team to drive product growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Brand Strategies:

    • Create comprehensive brand plans for the product range, along with market penetration strategies.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform the brand strategies.
  2. SWOT Analysis:

    • Perform SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) for the product line.
    • Guide the sales team to leverage opportunities and drive growth in product sales.
  3. Promotional Content Creation:

    • Develop brand inputs for promotional activities, including Visual Aids (VA), Leave Behinds (LBL), newsletters, flipcharts, and digital campaigns.
  4. Brand Visibility and Engagement:

    • Organize and conduct scientific meetings, symposia, CMEs, and conferences to increase brand visibility among target healthcare professionals and hospitals.
  5. Sales Team Motivation:

    • Motivate and engage the sales team through training camps, award ceremonies, and recognition programs to enhance performance and brand advocacy.
  6. Product Forecasting & Strategy:

    • Lead product forecasting, strategize for new product pipeline, plan for pre-launch and launch phases.
    • Devise and implement post-launch strategies and growth initiatives to maintain product success.
  7. Sales Team Training:

    • Provide product knowledge and scientific communication training to the field sales team to ensure they are well-equipped to communicate product benefits effectively.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, product life cycle, and brand management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, with a strong focus on training and development.
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and competitor analysis.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop actionable growth plans for products.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory requirements is essential.
