Job Description: Packaging Specialist

Job Overview:

The Packaging Specialist is responsible for all packaging-related activities within the development lab and GMP area. This role includes planning and arranging packaging for development batches, ensuring their availability, and managing GMP documentation. The ideal candidate will be involved in the development of new change parts for blister packing, responding to regulatory deficiencies, and participating in frequent client calls to address technical and operational queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Packaging Management:

    • Plan and arrange packaging for development batches and ensure timely availability for all activities.
    • Prepare and review Master Packaging Cards (MPC) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
    • Develop and implement new change parts for blister packing.
    • Review executed and master batch packaging records for accuracy and compliance.
  • GMP Documentation:

    • Maintain GMP documentation, including change control, SOPs, deviations, and market complaints.
    • Address regulatory deficiencies related to products and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Client Interaction:

    • Participate in frequent client calls to address technical and operational queries, ensuring client satisfaction and effective communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a diploma in packaging.
