📢 Exciting Opportunity: Manager, Learning and Development

We are thrilled to announce an opening for a Manager, Learning and Development to join our rapidly expanding team. This role requires 8-13 years of experience and offers a chance to drive impactful learning initiatives within our organization.

🗺️ Location: India (Bangalore preferred but not required), remote with limited travel.

Role Overview:

As the Manager, Learning and Development, you will be pivotal in crafting and executing a comprehensive learning strategy that enhances team performance and fosters business growth. You will manage a geographically dispersed learning pool across India, the US, Canada, and potentially other locations as our company expands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Collaboration:

    • Partner with functional leaders, operations, and support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to learning and employee experience.
    • Work closely with global leadership to align training needs with learning strategies.
  • Learning Culture:

    • Promote a positive learning environment focused on integrity, customer orientation, and teamwork.
  • Strategy Development:

    • Design and implement a learning strategy that supports CRO goals and objectives.
  • Needs Assessment:

    • Identify individual and team development needs using performance data and employee feedback.
  • Program Design and Delivery:

    • Create and deliver engaging training programs, including workshops, coaching sessions, and online modules tailored to specific roles and skill sets.
  • Career Development:

    • Collaborate with managers to develop personalized career development plans for team members.
  • Innovative Learning Methods:

    • Implement cutting-edge learning methods and technologies to optimize training outcomes.
  • Effectiveness Tracking:

    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and demonstrate ROI.
  • Trend Monitoring:

    • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in CRO and L&D.
  • Budget and Vendor Management:

    • Oversee the L&D budget and manage vendor relationships.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in a CRO or services-oriented organization.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering successful training programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
  • Data-driven approach to measuring and evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Passion for continuous learning and development.
