Position: Manager of Clinical Operations

Location: Bangalore, India (Office-Based)

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Lead and manage a team of over 25 staff members.
  • Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure team productivity.
  • Engage in stakeholder and client management.

You Are:

  • Based in the ICON Bangalore office.
  • Experienced with more than 3 years in people management or as a Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) or Project Manager (PM).
  • Possess over 10 years of experience in clinical research, including more than 5 years as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA).
  • Fluent in English.
