Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, coach, and manage a team of productive analysts, troubleshooting technical issues with data and tools.
  • Synthesize data and create or refine models on market trends, epidemiology, and procedure trends.
  • Develop dashboards, dataflows, and reports using Power BI, Power Pivot, Python, or other modeling tools to provide key insights.
  • Utilize statistical analysis and forecasting techniques to interpret market volumes, shifts in care, and data correlations.
  • Manage multiple projects, including internal SharePoint and Microsoft PowerApps development.
  • Design, produce, and analyze operational metrics.
  • Monitor company performance against historical data, targets, and competition through internal and industry data sources.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance metrics and reporting for better performance tracking.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail while handling competing priorities, tight deadlines, and project budgets.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of relevant work experience, with a deep understanding of the functional area. Management consulting experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Technology, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
  • Experience in managing teams and leadership expectations.
  • Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience as an equity research analyst in healthcare or as an investment analyst.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and project management skills.
  • Expertise in leading analytics projects using visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) for insights and recommendations.
