Job Summary:
The Manager - Advanced Analytics (SME) will lead cross-functional teams working on cutting-edge Omnichannel commercialization engagements with leading pharmaceutical companies worldwide. This role involves developing innovative analytical solutions to address specific business needs and optimizing commercial strategies across various stages of the pharmaceutical product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery:

Lead solutions in commercial analytics, including segmentation, targeting, market mix modeling, promotion response, and digital analytics.
Present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders through compelling storytelling and data visualization techniques.

Client Relationship:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key pharmaceutical client stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions on commercial analytics topics, translating business objectives into actionable solutions.

Team Leadership & Project Management:

Lead a team of analysts and consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with expectations, timelines, and quality standards.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to address complex challenges effectively.

Business Development & Growth:

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposals, presentations, and pitches.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic direction and drive initiatives for revenue growth.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to enhance value propositions for clients.

Job Specifications:

Experience & Education:

8+ years of consulting experience in commercial analytics, with at least 6 years in pharma/life sciences.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, etc.); advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
Proven experience delivering consulting projects for pharma clients, preferably in the US market, with a track record of managing client relationships and developing impactful analytics solutions.

Desired Skills:

Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and problem-solving.
Expertise in tools such as MS Excel, R, SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical datasets, including prescriber-plan data, patient-level data, claims data, Rx data, EMR/EHR data, and diagnostic data.

Location: India (International business travel may be required).
