Position: Local Trial Manager

Location: Home-based (Mumbai)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage clinical trials from start-up to closeout, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP and local regulations in Australia.
  • Implement effective risk management strategies for assigned studies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-conscious execution of trial deliverables.
  • Lead a regional matrix team to coordinate country and site-level study activities in alignment with the global project plan.
  • Ensure the completeness, quality, and inspection readiness of the Trial Master File (TMF).

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary degree in Healthcare, Science, or a related field.
  • Essential previous experience in clinical trial oversight or leadership within a CRO or pharmaceutical setting.
  • Background as a Clinical Research Associate is required.
  • Ability to work autonomously and deliver on expectations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent multitasking, time management, and prioritization abilities.
