Job Summary:

Medpace is seeking Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) looking to transition into a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) role. Through our PACE® Training Program, you will receive comprehensive training to become a fully functional CRA with the opportunity to work from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits at research sites.
  • Communicate with medical site staff, clinical research physicians, and site coordinators.
  • Verify investigator qualifications, training, resources, and site facilities.
  • Ensure accurate medical record and research source documentation.
  • Perform on-site and remote monitoring using a risk-based approach.
  • Verify that only eligible subjects are enrolled.
  • Conduct regulatory document reviews.
  • Manage medical device or investigational product accountability and inventory.
  • Review adverse events, serious adverse events, and concomitant medications for accuracy.
  • Assess patient recruitment and retention success while suggesting improvements.
  • Prepare monitoring reports and follow-up letters summarizing findings and compliance actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a health or science-related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
  • Ability to travel 60-70% nationwide (some remote visits possible).
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to monitoring sites.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft® Office.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $160,000 (based on skills and experience).
