In this role, you will provide high-quality therapy to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, and more. We believe in a client-centered approach and are committed to helping individuals build lasting change and personal growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual therapy to clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address their unique needs.
  • Build and maintain therapeutic relationships that promote open communication and progress in treatment.
  • Monitor clients' progress, reassess needs, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop integrated approaches to client care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Engage in problem-solving and apply strong clinical judgment to complex client issues.
  • Guide clients through goal-setting and various levels of care, ensuring they stay on track with their personal development.
  • Adhere to ethical standards of practice and maintain confidentiality in accordance with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Stay current with best practices and emerging research in the field of mental health therapy.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active licensure in the state of California (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and clinical interventions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Empathy, compassion, and a client-focused approach to therapy.
