    Job Description
    Job Type: Full Time Remote Education: B.Sc./ M.Sc./ M.Pharm/ B.Pharm/ Life Sciences Skills: Causality Assessment, Clinical SAS Programming, Communication Skills, CPC Certified, GCP guidelines, ICD-10 CM Codes, CPT-Codes, HCPCS Codes, ICD-10 CM, CPT, HCPCS Coding, ICH guidelines, ICSR Case Processing, Interpersonal Skill, Labelling Assessment, MedDRA Coding, Medical Billing, Medical Coding, Medical Terminology, Narrative Writing, Research & Development, Technical Skill, Triage of ICSRs, WHO DD Coding

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions with clients.
    • Perform diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs.
    • Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation of client sessions and progress.
    • Provide mental health counseling to individuals experiencing a range of conditions and disorders.
    • Familiarity with ICD-9 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing purposes.
    • Offer crisis intervention services as needed.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a hospital or outpatient setting.
    • Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to the needs of clients.

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
    • Valid state licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
    • Experience in individual and group counseling techniques.
    • Knowledge of diagnostic evaluation methods and assessment tools.
    • Strong documentation skills for maintaining accurate medical records.
    • Ability to provide mental health counseling across a wide range of conditions and disorders.
    • Understanding of ICD-9 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing purposes.
    • Ability to effectively intervene in crisis situations.
    • Experience working in an outpatient setting is preferred.

We are currently seeking licensed and independent mental health professionals, including Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), and Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive outpatient therapy group contracted with multiple Managed Care Organization (MCO) panels, with your own fully furnished office space for conducting sessions, and the autonomy to manage your schedule.

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

    Salary: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
