What You Will Do

As a Learning Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating innovative training materials that align with business strategies and goals. You’ll leverage cutting-edge learning technologies to deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Training Materials: Create and implement training content to support business strategies and goals.
  • Learning Technology Expertise: Act as a Subject Matter Expert on e-learning tools and technologies to deliver fit-for-purpose training solutions.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct assessments to identify the most effective instructional strategies and technologies for each project.
  • Template Development: Establish consistent, user-friendly templates for various learning methodologies.
  • Effectiveness Evaluation: Analyze and enhance the effectiveness of online learning programs.
  • Collaboration: Partner with technical subject matter experts to ensure training aligns with learning objectives.
  • Knowledge Checks: Collaborate with Governance teams to design assessments and measure knowledge retention.
  • Execution of Strategy: Oversee the implementation of learning strategies, ensuring they meet project and organizational goals.

What We Expect of You

We seek a dynamic professional with a strong background in instructional design and learning technologies, committed to innovation and excellence in training development.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Doctorate degree OR
  • Master’s degree with 4–6 years of relevant experience OR
  • Bachelor’s degree with 6–8 years of relevant experience OR
  • Diploma with 10–12 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Education, Science, or a related subject.
  • 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing training material.
  • Expertise in e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Moodle).
  • Proven success in handling learning material projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and technologies.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
