Core Purpose of the Role:

  • Tracking and accountability of shift activities to ensure smooth operations during off-hours.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Monitor overnight reactions and hydrogenation lab reactions after regular working hours.
  • Prepare and fill inorganic chemicals required for lab activities.
  • Provide gases like oxygen, argon, carbon dioxide, and ammonia cylinders to lab scientists.
  • Handle toxic material quenching and move materials to the quenching station.
  • Record and monitor lab cold room temperatures.
  • Monitor fresh solvent filling activities.
  • Attend to any emergencies or unexpected incidents that arise during the shift.
  • Ensure instruments and equipment are switched off when not in use.
  • Prepare scrubber solution for various labs including column hoods, walk-in hoods, HTS, and ADC labs.

Specific Requirements for this Role:

Experience:

  • 0-3 years in relevant roles, preferably in shift operations or lab support.

Skills and Capabilities:

  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer basics, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Hands-on expertise in outbound logistics, inbound logistics, SEZ documentation, and U.S. related documentation.
  • Sound knowledge in purchasing and warehouse operations.
  • Understands project and departmental goals.
  • Takes ownership of personal responsibilities and deliverables.

Education:

  • B.Sc or equivalent qualification.
