Your Role: Junior Drug Safety Associate

As a Junior Drug Safety Associate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing case status reports upon receipt.
  • Informing workflow leads to prioritize cases for timely completion.
  • Monitoring productivity and ensuring efficient case management.
  • Running SQL queries to identify priority cases on an hourly basis.
  • Updating dashboards to reflect productivity metrics.
  • Providing insights on case status and highlighting any trends.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.

Must-Haves:

  • Excellent comprehension skills.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
