Key Responsibilities:
As a Junior Drug Safety Associate, you will:

  • Review the case status report as and when reports are received.
  • Inform workflow leads to prioritize and monitor urgent cases to completion.
  • Monitor productivity levels as reports are received.
  • Use SQL to identify priority cases on an hourly basis.
  • Update dashboards on productivity and case status.
  • Provide health metrics for cases received and predict potential issues.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Good comprehension skills.
