Key Responsibilities:

Data Management:

  • Review case status reports upon receipt.
  • Inform workflow leads to prioritize and complete critical cases.
  • Monitor productivity and report updates.
  • Run SQL queries to identify priority cases hourly.
  • Update productivity dashboards.
  • Assess and report the health of cases received while highlighting key insights.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and analytical ability.

Desired Profile:

  • Must-have:
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Good comprehension and problem-solving skills.
    • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
