Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Associate – Pharmacovigilance to support our pharmacovigilance operations, focusing on data management, case processing, and regulatory compliance. This role requires a high level of accuracy, analytical skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient case processing.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and review case status reports, ensuring timely processing of priority cases.

  • Coordinate with workflow leads to track and manage case completion.

  • Analyze and report productivity metrics, providing insights into case trends.

  • Utilize SQL queries to identify and prioritize cases based on regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain and update dashboards, tracking overall case health and productivity.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and pharmacovigilance best practices.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy, or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of SQL.

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on Software Experience in pharmacovigilance, clinical research, or healthcare data management.

  • Familiarity with ICH-GCP principles and regulatory reporting standards.
