Job Role: Junior Associate - Pharmacovigilance Associate

Job Description:

The Junior Associate - Pharmacovigilance Associate will be responsible for managing pharmacovigilance data and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. Key responsibilities include:

Data Management:

  • Reviewing the Case Status Report as and when reports are received.

  • Informing different workflow leads to monitor and prioritize cases for timely completion.

  • Monitoring productivity and workflow efficiency as reports are processed.

  • Running SQL queries to identify and prioritize cases on an hourly basis.

  • Updating dashboards to track productivity metrics.

  • Providing case health analysis and predicting potential highlights or concerns.

Skills Required:

  • Strong Excel skills for data tracking and reporting.

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) with fluency in English.

  • Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in case management.


Qualifications & Desired Profile:

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and comprehension skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

  • Knowledge of pharmacovigilance processes and reporting standards is a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in pharmacovigilance, medical writing, or clinical data management.

  • Understanding of SQL queries and database management.

  • Experience with data visualization tools for case tracking and reporting.
