Position Overview:

Medasource is hiring a Clinical Trial Research Coordinator for a 6-month contract position with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role. This opportunity is based in San Francisco, CA, with 25% travel around the Bay Area. As part of the clinical research team, you will assist in both operational and administrative tasks, supporting clinical trials under the direction of the Principal Investigator (PI).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research Support: Assist in operational and administrative tasks related to clinical trials, under the clinical direction of the PI.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with institutional, federal, and sponsor regulations, including FDA and IRB guidelines.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date regulatory documents and study records.

  • Informed Consent: Obtain informed consent from study participants under the supervision of the investigator.

  • Participant Coordination: Schedule and coordinate participant visits and follow-up appointments.


Key Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma required.

  • Experience: Approximately 1 year of experience working in clinical trials, preferably in a clinical trials setting.

  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.


Compensation:

  • Pay Range: $23.00/hr - $28.00/hr (based on experience).
