About the Role:

As a Medical Information and Adverse Event Intake Specialist at IQVIA, you will play an essential role in patient safety. This role is focused on daily communication with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and patients, contributing to optimizing the safety profiles of products across therapeutic areas like Respiratory, Infectious Diseases, Immunology, Inflammation, HIV, and Oncology. The role involves working in a collaborative, team-driven environment, supported by continuous training and development opportunities to enhance your career.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide phone support to HCPs and patients, managing medical inquiries, adverse events, product quality complaints, and other relevant calls.

  • Document incoming communications (calls, faxes, emails) from various sources during regular weekday business hours.

  • Maintain effective communication within the team and provide feedback to local management about project metrics and challenges.

  • Collaborate with Lifecycle Safety team members and participate in training and initiatives to improve processes.

  • Contribute to the implementation of process efficiencies across Lifecycle Safety services.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences.

  • Languages:

    • English: Excellent written and verbal skills (min. C1).

    • French: Native or C2 level.

    • Additional Language: Knowledge of Italian and/or Greek at min. C1 level.

  • Skills:

    • Attention to detail and high-quality standards.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

    • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.

    • Willingness and aptitude to learn new skills and grow within the Lifecycle Safety service lines.
