Role Overview:

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for BioMedicines is a field-based position where the individual will maintain deep scientific knowledge and engage with scientific experts. The role involves synthesizing complex data, providing critical insights, and contributing to medical strategies that shape healthcare outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Scientific Knowledge:

    • Continuously develop and maintain expertise in the assigned therapeutic areas.

    • Provide peer-credible scientific insights and answer deep scientific questions from customers.

  2. Customer Engagement:

    • Build and maintain relationships with scientific experts.

    • Provide advanced disease-state and product information while identifying opportunities for collaboration.

  3. Strategic Vision and Leadership:

    • Synthesize data and communicate meaningful insights to internal teams.

    • Use creative problem-solving and contribute to medical strategy development.

  4. Territory Ownership:

    • Develop strategic plans for the assigned territory and prioritize activities effectively.

    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Required:

    • Advanced degree in health sciences (PharmD, MD, PhD).

    • Experience in building relationships with scientific experts or working in field-based roles.

    • Experience in professional networking and providing complex scientific information.

  • Desired:

    • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time within the country.

    • Strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

    • Proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
