Role Overview:

The Clinical Research Physician (CRP) plays an integral role within medical affairs, development, and brand teams for strategic planning in support of product launch and commercialization, especially in the field of Neuroscience. The role focuses on understanding patient needs, working with global teams, and providing clinical expertise for product development and clinical trial activities across various therapeutic areas like Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Medical Expertise & Partnerships:

    • Lead medical strategies and contribute to brand commercialization for neuroscience products.

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical data and molecule-related information.

    • Foster relationships with clinicians, external experts, and stakeholders to enhance business outcomes.

    • Provide leadership to Medical Affairs Professionals (MAP) and Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs).

  2. Scientific Data & Publication:

    • Analyze and disseminate scientific data for internal and external stakeholders.

    • Participate in the development of scientific publications and presentations.

  3. Regulatory & Clinical Trial Support:

    • Contribute to regulatory submissions and Health Technology Assessments (HTAs).

    • Lead and support clinical trial plans and execution at both global and local levels.

  4. Customer Engagement & Education:

    • Ensure appropriate communication of scientific data to healthcare providers (HCPs), patients, and payers.

    • Provide scientific expertise in medical education activities and internal training.

  5. Compliance & Governance:

    • Ensure adherence to local laws, global policies, and ethical guidelines for clinical practices.

    • Participate in the planning of symposia, advisory boards, and medical meetings.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Basic Requirements:

    • Medical qualification (MBBS/MD) with full registration.

    • Strong expertise in Neuroscience, particularly in conditions like Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia.

    • Proven ability to balance scientific and business priorities.

    • Leadership capabilities and strong communication skills.

  • Desired Skills:

    • Experience with clinical trial design and execution.

    • Ability to engage with external health professionals and organizations.

    • Ability to travel as required for the role (domestic and international).
