Position Overview: Junior Associate - Pharmacovigilance Associate:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management:

    • Review the case status report as and when reports are received.

    • Inform workflow leads to monitor and prioritize cases for completion.

    • Monitor productivity upon receipt of reports.

    • Run SQL queries to identify priority cases on an hourly basis.

    • Update dashboards on productivity.

    • Predict potential highlights and provide insights on case health.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Required:

    • Proficient in Excel.

    • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.

    • Good interpersonal skills.

    • Excellent attention to detail.

    • Good comprehension skills.

  • Nice to Have:

    • Additional qualities such as problem-solving and the ability to work in fast-paced environments would be an advantage.
