Role Title: Medical Records Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all activities related to medical records within the hospital.
  2. Standardize formats used in the hospital for patient care.
  3. Coordinate medical audit activities to ensure compliance and quality.
  4. Report deficiency check information to management and clinical heads.
  5. Approve changes in patient name and demographic data according to hospital policy.
  6. Assist medical staff and committees in executing the quality assurance program.
  7. Collaborate with medical, nursing, department heads, patients, health agencies, other hospitals, and legal authorities to ensure smooth hospital operations, especially within the medical record department.
  8. Select appropriate personnel for the Medical Records Department (MRD) and provide efficient training.
  9. Supervise the work of MRD staff.
