As we expand our services across the Pacific Northwest, Emerging Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Infusion Pharmacist to join our team in Tigard, Oregon.

Our state-of-the-art private infusion suites are located in SW Portland, Oregon, with our new office in Eugene opening in early 2024. We are committed to reaching more communities in the Willamette Valley, Southern Oregon, and along the coast. Additionally, our home infusion services allow patients to receive care in the comfort of their homes.

The Role: Infusion Pharmacist
We are seeking an Infusion Pharmacist to join our dynamic team and help provide top-tier home infusion pharmacy services. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and effective medication therapy for our patients.

Position Details:

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Salary Range: $125,371.28 - $159,847.28 annually, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the pharmacy in a professional manner in all job-related interactions.
  • Dispense pharmaceuticals in accordance with pharmacy protocols and physician orders.
  • Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations, and maintain accreditation standards.
  • Resolve patient concerns and provide counseling as needed.
  • Monitor patient profiles and coordinate care with medical professionals.
  • Work in clinical and production settings, including USP 797 and USP 800 clean rooms.
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure product integrity and patient safety.
  • Supervise pharmacy technicians and other support staff.
  • Participate in performance improvement programs, surveys, and professional development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A pharmacy degree from an accredited college and state licensure in Oregon (or other states as needed).
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in home infusion pharmacy or related settings preferred.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications including spreadsheets, word processing, and email.
  • Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
