What You'll Do

You will be part of our Life Sciences R&D vertical, contributing to services that span the entire life sciences enterprise—from research laboratories and clinical trial support to regulatory services, pharmacovigilance, and patient services solutions. You will assist leading biopharma companies in improving outcomes by focusing on patient experiences, merging scientific expertise with unique insights.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the Affiliate Mailbox and reconciling reports according to process guidelines.
  • Performing written follow-ups for both Serious and Non-serious cases.
  • Creating and managing case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in the safety database as per client guidelines and global regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will be expected to analyze and solve moderately complex problems. You may create new solutions while adapting existing methods and procedures as needed. Understanding the strategic direction set by senior management in relation to team goals is essential. You will primarily interact with your direct supervisor but may also engage with peers and management levels at clients or within Accenture.

You will receive guidance on methods and procedures for new assignments, and your decisions will often impact your team. Depending on your role, you may manage small teams and/or work efforts. Please note that this position may require you to work in rotational shifts.
