Job Overview

As a Health Clinical Services Associate, you will be part of the Healthcare Claims team, responsible for managing health and wellness care across various care settings. This includes core claim processing activities such as registering claims, claim verification, evaluation, and examination. You will help drive operational efficiencies and ensure superior outcomes in healthcare operations, while supporting the overall health claims administration process.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Clinical Care Delivery Operations: You will be responsible for planning and coordinating clinical care delivery, ensuring smooth operations across various care settings.
  • Routine Problem Solving: Address routine challenges following established guidelines, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with your team members and direct supervisor, ensuring clear communication and collaboration on tasks and new assignments.
  • Quality Focus: Maintain high standards of quality in health claims processing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA.
  • Process Adherence: Follow established procedures and workflows, with clear instructions provided for daily tasks and new projects.
  • Shift Work: This position may require flexibility to work in rotational shifts to support healthcare operations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • BSc in Nursing or equivalent healthcare-related qualification.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in clinical care or healthcare operations.
  • Clinical Care Delivery Operations experience is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt and work in a team while maintaining a commitment to quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Process-oriented with a focus on healthcare operations and claims administration.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus.
