Job Title: Clinical Trial Associate (CTA) - Gene Therapy Biotech (Boston-based or Remote)

About the Job:
I am partnering with a leading Gene Therapy Biotech company based in Boston to find an exceptional Clinical Trial Associate (CTA) as they expand their clinical operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about clinical research and with a background in Gene Therapy or Rare Disease/Neuromuscular.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing key administrative and logistical tasks related to clinical trials, from feasibility and start-up through to close-out. You will also play a critical role in site liaison, sample management, and ensuring compliance with GCP, SOPs, HCC policies, and regulatory requirements. Strong collaboration with the clinical operations team, including the project coordinator and clinical trial manager, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage clinical trial administration and logistics, ensuring the smooth progression of trials from start-up to close-out.
  • Ensure compliance with GCP, SOPs, HCC, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the clinical operations team, including the project coordinator and clinical trial manager.
  • Coordinate site activities and liaise with stakeholders to ensure the efficient running of clinical trials.

Requirements:

  • A BSc or MSc in Life Sciences.
  • 2-3 years of industry experience as a Clinical Trial Associate (CTA).
  • Experience in Gene Therapy or Rare Disease/Neuromuscular clinical trials.
  • Biotech background required (Large pharma may be considered).
  • Previous experience working remotely is a plus.
  • Willing to travel up to 20% across the US.
