Profile Summary:

The Investigator Services Representative serves as the main liaison between clinical investigator sites and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of issues during active clinical trials. This role includes customer support, issue resolution, training assistance, and may involve leadership and audit support responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clinical investigator sites enrolled in ongoing clinical trials.

  • Resolve study-related issues raised by study coordinators in a timely and effective manner.

  • Communicate alert values, critical values, data clarifications, and revision requests to investigator sites.

  • Serve as a conduit of information between investigator sites and Project Management.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate laboratory sampling processes.

  • Notify Project Management of any site-related developments that may impact trial execution.

  • Promptly handle voicemail messages related to supply orders, documentation, or call-back requests.

  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members.

  • May assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of a supervisor or manager.

  • Provide support during routine internal audits and regulatory inspections.


Mandatory Requirements:

  • Education & Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience or an equivalent mix of education and experience

  • Skills:

    • Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)

    • Fluency in one or more foreign languages (as required)

    • Proficient in word processing

    • Strong organizational and time management abilities

    • Basic leadership and training capabilities

    • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

    • Adaptability in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

    • Proven ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients
