What You Will Achieve

As part of the business support team, you will represent your organizational unit on administrative matters, recommending, interpreting, and implementing the company's internal administrative policies and procedures. You will perform a combination of administrative tasks in various functional areas to maximize the efficiencies of businesses supported. Your responsibilities will also include supporting services such as event planning, customer service, publications, and technical writing/editing.

  • Proactive Learning: Leverage your team's knowledge to help make decisions and develop your own work products.
  • Making a Difference: Through hard work and commitment, you will help Pfizer achieve new milestones and support patients across the globe.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Time and Development Management: Manage your time effectively, be accountable for your results, and prioritize workflows.
  • Campaign Execution: Ensure the timely execution of digital campaigns as per the content plan prepared with the Marketing and Medical teams.
  • Support Special Projects: Contribute to new digital promotion models and support the marketing teams during campaign execution.
  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor and optimize digital campaigns, manage reports, and update platforms for health professionals in accordance with policies and regulatory submissions.
  • Web Platform Management: Manage digital channels to optimize user experience and collaborate with regional/local support.
  • Content Updates: Maintain local documentation and manage digital platforms in coordination with the regional/local teams.
  • Editorial Collaboration: Support the Area Manager in developing digital editorial calendars and ensuring their execution across different channels.
  • Performance Analytics: Support analytical insights to guide functional decisions and monitor performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with norms, policies, and procedures in all tasks.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of experience.
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in law.
  • High attention to detail and good interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in law.
  • Ability to solve routine problems and convey issues constructively.
  • Ability to make basic decisions and understand the consequences.
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and scientific academic research environments.
  • Knowledge of commercial processes or business analytics processes.

Work Location

  • Assignment: On-premise
  • Minimum Period: 3-6 months
