What You Will Achieve

As part of the business support team, you will represent your organizational unit on administrative matters, including recommending, interpreting, and implementing internal policies and procedures. You will handle a combination of administrative tasks across various functional areas to maximize business efficiency. Your responsibilities will include supporting services such as event planning, customer service, publications, and technical writing/editing.

You will also participate in activities aimed at improving team processes and collaborate by sharing your experiences. Your knowledge and skills will help in making decisions that optimize limited options. Through proactive learning and leveraging your team's knowledge, you will develop valuable work products.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Manage your time and professional development, taking responsibility for your results and prioritizing tasks.
  • Ensure timely execution of digital campaigns in line with content plans developed in conjunction with the Marketing and Medical teams.
  • Support special projects and assist in the development of pilot programs for new digital promotion models.
  • Assist marketing teams in campaign execution, optimization, and report management.
  • Manage web platforms and other digital channels to improve campaign efficiency and user experience.
  • Update platforms for health professionals in compliance with policies and regulatory submissions.
  • Maintain local documentation as required by legislation, including archiving, tracking, and retrieval.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to develop and execute digital editorial calendars across various channels.
  • Support the generation of analytical insights to inform functional decisions and track performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure the highest levels of compliance with company norms, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of experience.
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • High attention to detail and good interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • Ability to solve routine problems and convey issues constructively.
  • Ability to make basic decisions with an understanding of the consequences.
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and scientific academic research environments.
  • Knowledge of commercial processes or business analytics.
