Job Title: Implementation/Project Manager - Healthcare Revenue Cycle

Job Summary:
The Implementation/Project Manager will serve as the leader for the implementation, training, and subject matter expert for all Advantum Health service offerings. This role involves leading the implementation of new clients, including system configuration, remote education and training, go-live support, and post-go-live training. The Implementation/Project Manager must be detail-oriented, a self-starter, a team player, and able to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
  • 5+ years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience
  • Prior Authorization experience preferred
  • Experience with system setup in multiple practice management systems
  • 3-5 years of Implementation experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert level experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Microsoft Planner
  • Ability to manage multiple processes in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Project Management experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Lead successful implementation of healthcare services including:
    • Medical Billing
    • Revenue Cycle Management
    • AR Follow-Up
    • Coding
    • Prior Authorization
    • Auditing Services
    • Provider Enrollment
  • Collect data for successful client onboarding
  • Conduct meetings with clients and internal team members to ensure smooth transition from implementation to operations
  • Provide training on processes and systems used by Advantum
  • Review and communicate deliverables and expectations to operations teams
  • Document standard operating procedures and review with clients and stakeholders
  • Setup and maintain practice management systems (Charge Master, Provider Database, System Rules)
  • Be the voice of the customer by documenting change requests and providing feedback to leadership
  • Conduct weekly implementation updates and meetings to ensure continuity between teams
  • Identify client needs, satisfaction issues, and escalate as necessary
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations

Work Environment/Physical Demands/Travel Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Hybrid position (work in Louisville office at least 3 days per week)
  • Primarily sedentary, using a computer and phone frequently

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
