Position Summary

We are seeking an Imaging Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Chennai. In this role, you will provide crucial technical support for imaging-related activities in clinical trials. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth operation of imaging systems, such as MRI, CT, PET, and ultrasound machines, and contributing to the overall success of trial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting and technical support for imaging systems used in clinical trials, including MRI, CT, PET, and ultrasound machines.
  • Equipment Management: Collaborate with study teams to ensure proper setup, calibration, and maintenance of imaging equipment at trial sites. Conduct quality assurance checks.
  • Training and Support: Assist in training site personnel on imaging protocols, procedures, and data collection techniques.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact for imaging-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, including study sponsors and site staff.
  • Best Practices: Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures for imaging support activities.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Radiologic Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a technical support role, preferably in a healthcare or clinical research setting.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with imaging modalities and equipment commonly used in clinical trials, as well as associated software and data management systems.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and aptitude for troubleshooting technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
