Are you looking for a technical support role that ensures the accuracy of critical safety data? If so, the Safety Pharmacovigilance Staff position could be the ideal opportunity for you to explore.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Safety Pharmacovigilance Staff member, you will provide essential administrative support and ensure the maintenance and accuracy of the systems used by the team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the team as required.
  • Maintaining information in the pharmacovigilance agreements database and other systems used by the team.
  • Evaluating and documenting information received from local operating company safety departments with appropriate senior support.
  • Serving as a liaison with local operating companies to collect, collate, and document information on their safety data exchange agreements and compliance with the agreements.
  • Running listings from databases as required.
  • Performing reconciliations with licensing partners.
  • Administering document storage and archiving, including team sites.
  • Handling ad hoc communications regarding safety data exchange agreements.

  • High School Diploma
  • Basic IT systems experience, including the use of Excel or database applications
  • Experience working with principles of data collection, manipulation, and retrieval
