Are you looking for a technical support role that ensures the accuracy of critical safety data? If so, the Safety Pharmacovigilance Staff position could be the ideal opportunity for you to explore.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Safety Pharmacovigilance Staff member, you will provide essential administrative support and ensure the maintenance and accuracy of the systems used by the team. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing administrative support to the team as required.
Maintaining information in the pharmacovigilance agreements database and other systems used by the team.
Evaluating and documenting information received from local operating company safety departments with appropriate senior support.
Serving as a liaison with local operating companies to collect, collate, and document information on their safety data exchange agreements and compliance with the agreements.
Running listings from databases as required.
Performing reconciliations with licensing partners.
Administering document storage and archiving, including team sites.
Handling ad hoc communications regarding safety data exchange agreements.

High School Diploma
Basic IT systems experience, including the use of Excel or database applications
Experience working with principles of data collection, manipulation, and retrieval
