What You’ll Do

As an experienced Biostatistician, you will:

  • Lead Research Design: Develop and execute analytical strategies, providing input into protocols, statistical analysis plans, and reports.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Be the functional lead on study teams, directing biostatistical activities and serving as a client-facing expert.
  • Perform Complex Analyses: Leverage SAS or R programming skills to execute sophisticated statistical analyses.
  • Guide Quality Control: Oversee and ensure the quality of statistical deliverables, from analysis datasets to final reports.
  • Share Expertise: Author/co-author statistical sections of integrated clinical reports, abstracts, and manuscripts, and provide expert advice throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor and Support: Train and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Who You Are

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of industry experience or directly relevant work in statistical analysis, clinical trials, or epidemiology.
  • Proficiency in SAS or R programming (desired).
  • Deep understanding of statistical methodologies for clinical trials or observational studies.

Education:

  • A Master’s or Ph.D. in biostatistics, statistics, mathematics, or a related discipline.

Skills:

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and efficient, with a strong ability to solve problems and focus on quality.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a matrixed team environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
  • A self-starter with confidence, reliability, and a passion for advancing healthcare.
