Responsibilities:

  • Site Visits: Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits at research sites to ensure protocol compliance.
  • Collaboration: Work with medical site staff, including coordinators and physicians, to verify proper trial execution.
  • Documentation Verification: Ensure accurate research documentation, including medical records and case report forms.
  • Risk-Based Monitoring: Perform site monitoring using a risk-based approach through Medpace’s Clinical Trial Management System.
  • Compliance & Regulatory: Ensure compliance with protocol and regulatory requirements, including adverse event reporting and product accountability.
  • Recruitment & Retention: Assess and improve patient recruitment and retention strategies at research sites.
  • Reporting: Complete monitoring reports, providing detailed findings and recommendations for corrective actions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a health or science-related field.
  • Travel: Ability to travel 60-70% to sites nationwide.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication and time-management skills.
