This is a key role that combines management responsibilities with direct involvement in scientific processes and innovation. The role involves overseeing a team of up to 15 people, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, and driving high-quality performance to meet client deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of up to 15 individuals, ensuring effective resource utilization, including staff, equipment, and materials.

Plan and coordinate future workloads, collaborating with scheduling, training, and supervisory teams to meet deadlines.

Lead efforts to improve proficiency and identify process improvements.

Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members, enhancing their performance and professional development.

Maintain a high throughput of work while ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and GLP (Good Laboratory Practice).
