Job Description

EVERSANA is seeking a Hematology/Oncology Medical Science Liaison (MSL) or Senior Medical Science Liaison (Senior MSL) who will serve as a highly skilled, field-based expert in Cutaneous T Cell Lymphoma (CTCL). In this role, the MSL will engage healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to facilitate peer-to-peer scientific exchanges on CTCL and Lymphir—a recombinant cytotoxic fusion protein.

This position involves building scientific relationships with the oncology community, including clinicians, KOLs, and healthcare practitioners, as well as representing EVERSANA at medical meetings and professional societies. The MSL will collaborate closely with internal teams and external experts to support clinical trials, gather valuable insights, and contribute to the strategic direction of EVERSANA’s oncology products and initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for medical deployment in the field.
  • Maintain deep clinical, scientific, and technical expertise in oncology with a focus on CTCL standards of care.
  • Develop and manage KOL engagement plans to foster long-term relationships with key influencers in oncology.
  • Lead medical and scientific exchanges through advisory boards and direct interactions with healthcare professionals.
  • Track and manage KOL relationships within the assigned region, responding to clinical program requests and unsolicited inquiries.
  • Support clinical trials by collaborating with R&D teams and investigators.
  • Profile top accounts and institutions, enhancing understanding of treatment protocols and patient care pathways.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure alignment with product strategies.
  • Attend and represent EVERSANA at relevant congresses, medical meetings, and scientific events.
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory guidelines, corporate SOPs, and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • An advanced degree (e.g., PharmD, MD, PhD, MSN, NP/PA) is strongly preferred.
  • MSL: Minimum 2 years of MSL experience, with at least 1 year in oncology.
  • Senior MSL: Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical experience, including at least 3 years in oncology.
  • Hematology/Oncology experience is highly preferred for both positions.
  • Proven experience in product launches and excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Ability to present and interpret scientific data effectively to engage KOLs.
  • Familiarity with oncology treatment guidelines, clinical trial processes, and payer systems is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel frequently (up to 70%) for KOL meetings, medical meetings, and internal events.

Our Cultural Beliefs:

  • Patient Minded: I act with the patient’s best interest in mind.
  • Client Delight: I own every client experience and its impact on results.
  • Take Action: I am empowered and hold myself accountable.
  • Embrace Diversity: I create an environment of awareness and respect.
