Position Overview

As a Health Technology Consultant at EVERSANA, you will play a key role in supporting the International Voice Process team. You will be responsible for data tagging, new application entry, and interpreting doctor prescriptions. Your strong communication skills and ability to manage and analyze large data sets will help you collaborate with team members to create high-quality reports, presentations, and client deliverables.


Key Responsibilities

  • Health Technology & Data Management:

    • Utilize expertise in health technology to assist with data tagging and new application entry.
    • Interpret doctor prescriptions and incorporate them into data systems.
  • Client Report & Presentation Development:

    • Collaborate with team members to develop and deliver client reports and presentations.
    • Ensure findings are presented in clear, impactful formats using tools like PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strategic Business Support:

    • Work with the business development team to identify and execute new business opportunities.
    • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to help clients make strategic decisions.
  • Quality & Attention to Detail:

    • Maintain a high level of accuracy in all data handling and client deliverables.
    • Apply strong problem-solving skills to client challenges and provide creative, solution-oriented approaches.

Qualifications

  • Experience:

    • 2–5 years of experience in Insurance, Pharma, or Data Tagging processes.
    • Familiarity with international voice processes and health technology is a plus.
  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large amounts of data and derive insights.
    • Demonstrated ability to create compelling and visually engaging presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Attributes:

    • Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a creative, client-focused mindset.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Education:

    • Graduate or Post-graduate degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
