What You Will Do:
In this role, you will embed digital transformation in healthcare operations end-to-end, driving superior outcomes and enabling streamlined operations to meet the demands of the evolving healthcare market. As part of the Healthcare Claims team, you will be responsible for:

Administering health claims, including core claim processing tasks such as registering claims, editing and verification, claims evaluation, and examination and litigation.
Planning and coordinating health and wellness initiatives across various care settings.

Strong knowledge of Clinical Care Delivery Operations.
Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments.
Excellent teamwork skills and a commitment to quality.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Process-oriented mindset and knowledge of Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Solve routine problems using established precedents and general guidelines.
Interact primarily with your own team and direct supervisor.
Receive detailed to moderate instruction on daily tasks and specific guidance on new assignments.
Make decisions that impact your own work and contribute as an individual within a focused team scope.

Please Note: This role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
