About the Role

As a Graduate Pharmacovigilance Associate, you will be joining the world’s largest and most comprehensive clinical research organization, powered by healthcare intelligence. This role partners with a pharmaceutical company focused on discovering and developing treatments that improve and save lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process safety events (premarketing, post-marketing, medical device, and drug).

  • Conduct literature reviews to identify safety information for products.

  • Generate and verify data listings from safety databases.

  • Maintain and review safety tracking systems and project files.

  • Perform clinical and diagnostic safety data reviews.

  • Attend project meetings and teleconferences.

  • Respond to and process medical information inquiries and product complaints.

  • Submit expedited SAE reports, periodic reports, and other safety information to relevant stakeholders within specified timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in health sciences.

  • Experience in pharmacovigilance, including safety intake, assessment, and regulatory reporting in Brazil, LATAM, or globally.

  • Based in São Paulo, Brazil.

  • Knowledge of company policies, safety databases, and standard software (MS Office).

  • Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance processes.

  • Advanced proficiency in English.
