Position Overview
The GMP Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations with a strong commitment to maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Key Responsibilities

  • Warehouse Operations: Assist in the daily warehouse activities, including the receiving, storage, and distribution of products. Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels. Ensure proper handling and storage of materials. Work closely with Purchasing, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing to facilitate smooth material coordination.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with GMP standards and safety protocols. Conduct regular warehouse inspections, addressing any maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Workflow Optimization: Support initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and optimize operational workflows.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in warehouse operations with knowledge of warehouse management software (SAP experience preferred). Experience in a cGMP-regulated environment is essential.
  • Skills: Ability to safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment. Capability to work in a fast-paced environment, make sound decisions, and physically perform tasks (e.g., standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds).
  • Communication: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication with team members and supervisors.
