Job Title: Global Pharmacovigilance Agreement Specialist

Location: Mumbai

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Global Pharmacovigilance Agreement (PVA) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing PVAs to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to address comments and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Draft new and revised PVAs to align with company requirements.
  2. Review PVAs for quality and compliance with company standards.
  3. Address feedback from clients and collaborating companies regarding PVAs.
  4. Manage the dedicated PVA mailbox.
  5. Communicate updates on new or revised PVAs to all relevant stakeholders.
  6. Maintain a tracker for all active global PVAs, including reconciliations and updates.
  7. Perform compliance monitoring of effective PVAs and prepare applicable dashboards.
  8. Assist the Project Manager or designated personnel in managing and updating project-related documents and trackers.
  9. Upload and maintain PVA and associated documentation in the client PVA repository.
  10. Attend team meetings to provide status updates and discuss any operational issues related to PVAs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Experience in pharmacovigilance or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and pharmacovigilance databases.
